What is your service area?

We serve most areas in North Tampa (New Tampa, Wesley Chapel, Lutz, Land o’Lakes…) and Temple Terrace. Contact us to find out about your neighborhood.

Do I need to sort my laundry?

Nope - we’ll take care of it. Let us know if you have any special preferences, otherwise we separate light colors from dark and wash towels and linens separately from clothes.

Do I need to send anything with my laundry?‍ ‍

Please tuck in any hangers you would like us to use and any laundry products that you prefer over our provided ones. We will send back the extras with your clean things.

Is there a minimum order?

If you are in a free delivery area, we just ask for a minimum order of $40.

Is there a charge for pickup and delivery?‍ ‍

If you live within about 5 miles of one of our washers (or if you’re on our way to school!) then pickup is free for 2 loads or more! We like to keep it flexible, so contact us to find out about your area.

Do you treat stains?

On your request we will treat items that you specify, or for an extra charge we will check each item in a load for stains and pre-treat as needed before washing. We do our absolute best to make your laundry flawless, but can’t guarantee that every stain will come out.

Do you take special instructions?

Yes! Laundry is personal and we want you to absolutely love what you get back, so let us know your needs and preferences.

What detergent do you use?

Have a favorite brand? Send it along! We provide All Free&Clear detergent, but will happily use whatever products you prefer. Just add it to your basket at pickup.

Are Containers Provided?

We can provide bags upon request, but the best way to keep things simple and organized is to send laundry in your own baskets or bins. Ask your washer if bags would be helpful for you!
